I am a student of great art who merely tries to pursue his love of painting and the God given talent that I have. I am a follower of Jesus Christ who is trying to discover more about grace and truth in this world while practicing loving others.
At this moment I am striving to be chalanged in my beliefs and in my work. I am graduating from the College of Charleston in december and desire to continue to work in the field of painting because I just really enjoy it.
My work is focused on the figure in the moment, detached and isolated. I am not sure where the next step my take me, but i hope that through pursuing and MFA i might be challanged and guided into a more consitant theme within my work.
I have touched on issues of history and religion because they play a special place in my heart. I enjoy a good book and beautiful girls. so those themes some how always show up in my work.
