Hi! My name is Otis Watson (a.k.a. Sir Otis).  I grew up in Chicago, Illinois.  My parents moved to Blytheville, Arkansas when I was 12yrs. old.  By the blessing of God,  I have been drawing & painting since the age of four.  My grandfather and his sister were artists.  They started painting at an early age.  My mother and my 3 other brothers all draw.  Drawing and painting seem to be an inherited trait of our family. At the age of 18, I enrolled in Mississippi County Community College where I studied commercial and studio art.  Later, in 1991, I transfered to Arkansas State University where I majored in graphic design and studio art.  I have won numerous awards through out my art career, including three Best of Shows, one President & Purchase Award, and Chicago's Museum of Science and Industry's 1998 $2,000 Best of Show award.  I have also participated in and held many art exhibitions through out the midsouth U.S.  I look forward to sharing my gift and providing you with high quality art that will continue to appreciate in value over the coming years.
